This unique wood and brass pipe is designed and manufactured in Chicago IL by American Hit Squad.  The wood shaft attaches to a brass bowl that is detachable.

The brass runs through the entirety of the pipe.  Unscrew the bowl in order to clean the brass thoroughly.
