How can I access my personal data?
If you have ever used this website in order to make a purchase and want to see what personal data has been retained, then please feel free to contact us to request to receive an exported file of the personal data that is held about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that any personal data we hold about you is erased. This does not include any data that is obliged to be kept for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We generally just keep the notes on purchasers details for the obligatory minimum 6 years for tax purposes.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
