This is a unique lid design.  It looks like a swivel lid dugout, but you actually have to lift the lid up, twist to the side and let it sit back on the body of the dugout.  The strong spring action rod that locks this dugout in place will keep your dried herbs safe and sound.  It is easy to open, but is relatively child proof with the lid, and your friends probably won’t figure out how to open it when you are not around.
