The pipe I got was just BEAUTIFUL. Love the real wood grain and it swings open and shut so easily. Stephen was incredibly fast shipping! I ordered it on a Friday and it made it here (cross country!) on the Monday! Surreal speed! He was kind enough to accommodate my request for a couple of extra mouthpieces too! I have a 20+ year-old one that has a broken mouthpiece and I really appreciated the extra one to fix that! Plus a wrench and screens. Honestly, what else could I ask for? Really beautiful quality stuff, a 5-star vendor who communicated insanely well all through the process, loves what he does and works on the weekend as well? Just a perfect experience and I’ll be back!
